Terry Hopkins Junior Development Foundation Luncheon
Please find attached an invitation to this season’s THF Luncheon which is on Saturday the 23rd July commencing at 12:00 in the Kings Park Clubrooms.
This is an important function for the club as it aids in the development of coaches at the junior club and helps in the transition of the players from junior to seniors so please get a group together and book a table.

Guest Speaker for the day ‘Thiha Yarzer is a former Burmese political prisoner. His story is of a man in a fight for something be believed in – a belief not motivated by personal gain, but a fight for justice, peace and human rights in his motherland. He spent nearly 18 years of hard time and torture in five Burmese prisons as the price for his beliefs. His story is a captivating one.’
Thiha now lives in Ferntree Gully as a refugee resident with his wife Julia (Carroll) and 2.5 year-old daughter.
